BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
ESI is seeking to hire a multi-faceted individual who will assist, develop and grow new business clients that fits with the ESI growth prospectus.
The ideal candidate will be an individual with existing key contacts in the industry and have strong operational and project management expertise. Candidate should be a self-starter, with excellent leadership skills and be able to work with minimal supervision. Candidate with experience in prior Inspection roles strongly preferred.
The individual will report to the CEO and help set the strategy and necessary functional expertise for adding new customers. This position will also identify necessary strategic alliance with key players in the industry that will enhance the portfolio of services that ESI provides. The candidate will also provide guidance on ideal companies that can be acquired that provides operational benefits to our existing base services.
This will be a full-time position.Position will be based out of our corporate office in Humble, Texas. Travel will be required as the job demands. Remuneration will be based on qualifications and experience of the candidate. In addition to salary and commission, ESI also offers medical benefits and 401K.
